Bacon and avocado in a salad, on a sandwich (I like it with goat cheese and tomato) and even.... A HOT DOG. One time in New York I had a hot dog that was wrapped in bacon and had guacamole on top! Let me tell you, it was delicious - called a Chihuahua (check it out if you are ever in NYC).
